MANUSH is a secular Non Government Organization (NGO) working in 32 villages in 2 Taluks of Chickballapur District, Karnataka, for the past 24 years, since 9 January 1989.

Established in the year 1989 as a Society Manush has come a long way in its commitment to address a major issues of the dalit, communities and other tribal caste of rural communities.

What is MANUSH
MANUSH is a secular Non Government Organization (NGO) working in 32 villages in 2 Taluks of Chickballapur District, Karnataka, for the past 24 years, since 9 January 1989. The geographical coverage of Manush is involved in SHG/Micro-Credit, health, Child Rights/Development, early child hood education, primary education and local governance development. The activating Grama Sabhas, strengthening the capacities of Dalits & Tribal women members through active participation of SHGs. All these are efforts to empower the CBOs, in village society, and build an authentic people’s organization, the women federation at cluster at black levels.
